For those of you who didn't get a chance to see American Harmony at the San Diego Film Festival this past weekend, be sure to make it to their theatrical release in San Diego October 2-8th. American Harmony won "Best Documentary" during this year's Award Ceremony at the Hotel Solamar.

2009 - Sneak Peak

We are in full gear to produce the best San Diego Film Festival you have ever attended. Save the dates of September 23 - 27 as this is one year you won't want to miss.

While our line-up won't be officially announced until September 1st, I'll let you in on a few secrets.
1. We have over 85 film premieres lined up for your viewing enjoyment. World premieres (like The Job with Ron Perleman and Repo with Jason Mewes and Ben Gourley), 2009 Sundance favorites like Adventures of Power, and "See It First" studio fares like The Boys Are Back, starring Clive Owen.

2. There will be more filmmakers and celebrity guests in attendance than ever before. Join us for A Special Evening With Richard Dreyfuss, and award presentation to Seymour Cassel, plus Q&A sessions with the following: William Shatner, James Van der Beek, Jason Mewes, Barry Pepper, Cole Hauser, Adrienne Barbeau, Lacey Chabert and many more.

San Diego Film Festival (SDFF) is a competitive five-day fest where urban edge and perfect-weather escapism meet. Sasha Alexander On-Hand to Receive Best Actress as
Winners Include Best Documentary to Uncounted
and Best Feature to Summerhood

[SAN DIEGO – September 29, 2008] – The Seventh Annual San Diego Film Festival has officially announced the winners after its Sept. 25 – 28 four-day run which featured more than 75 film premieres.

This year’s Festival winners collected their awards at the Sept. 28 Actors Ball & Awards Ceremony at San Diego’s New Children’s Museum. Best Actress went to Sasha Alexander– who was on-hand to accept the award for her leading role in The Last Lullaby. The Heineken Red Star Award – exclusive to only seven film festivals – went to feature film The Appearance of a Man. Best Documentary went to Uncounted, Summerhood won Best Feature, and musician Greg Laswell accepted Best Music Video.
