For years the lights have remained a mystery, which have led to a number of hypotheses ranging from UFOs to military exercises to weather balloons. However, that night, under the cover of the strange lights in the sky, a man appeared in Phoenix unleashing a series of mysterious events. Who was he? Where was he from? Why did he come?

Confusing. Some cool ideas here and there, but the plot was all over the place, film slow in crucial areas. Would have been a better 20-30 min. short film.
