Tom Sizemore and Sasha Alexander star in this beautifully shot contemporary film noir, co-written by the creator of The Road to Perdition. The Last Lullaby is a story about Price, a former hitman, struggling to cope with the slow pace of retirement. The easy life isn’t what Price expected – his enemies are loneliness, boredom, and a killer case of insomnia. Soon, he’s lured out of retirement to kill Sarah. But Price’s violent ways begin to fail him. The suspense finally boils over as Price must decide whether to kill Sarah or let himself go in new directions. This sometimes violent, often mysterious story, transcends its genre by taking a very sincere, meditative, and human approach to the depiction of its characters.
