The Watermelon is a story without seeds, a quirky, zany romantic comedy about how really weird things can happen. A disenchanted fellow receives an unexpected inheritance from his long lost stepfather, a gift so big that he has to park it outside his little home. He has no idea what kind of eccentric and odd people will be drawn to it, including the woman who will change his outlook on life, love, and the art of wearing bunny slippers.

Great film, great characters and dialogue, weird funny story. I laughed, I cried, I kissed three bucks goodbye on popcorn. The directing wasn't shabby, either. What happened with the sound at the top? I had fun. |
